Being completely satisfied with your purchase at TheWallArt online store is the highest goal that we consistently pursue. If you're not happy with our products with any reasons including change of mind, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
7 Days Change-of-mind Returns
We offer 7 Days Change-of-mind Returns policy for all wall art prints purchased through our store.
You can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full store credit which will be expired in 1 year from the date of issue.

Eligibility for Return: The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The wall art print must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, including its original packaging.
Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. All products are purchased by store credit will not be exchanged or returned.

Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the address of nearest return point from your address.
Return the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit Processing: Once we receive your return and verify the item is in its original, unused condition, we will issue the store credit directly to your account.
Return Limits: Please note that we can only accept one change-of-mind return per order. Additionally, to ensure fair service for all customers, we limit change-of-mind returns to a maximum of two per customer within any 12-month period, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Exchange Policy
If you'd prefer to exchange your wall art print for a different size, frame, or design, we are happy to help! Our exchange process is simple and quick.
Eligibility for Exchange: The item must be within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Approval: Once your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.
Note: The value of the replacement item must be equal to or greater than the original purchase price.
Return the Item: Return the original item in its unused and undamaged condition, along with the packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (including re-delivery fee)
New Item Processing: Once we receive your return, we will promptly send the new item. Any price difference between the original and new item will be charged to your account.
Exchange Limits: Please note that we can only accept one exchange per order. Additionally, to ensure fair service for all customers, we limit exchange to a maximum of two per customer within any 12-month period, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that your wall art prints arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective, we will make it right. Here's how you can handle a damaged or defective item:
How to Report Damaged/Defective Items: Notify Us Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
Replacement process: Once we receive the damaged/defective item, we will send a replacement at no extra.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds at this time. We are committed to ensuring you receive a functional product through our replacement process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: Custom or personalized items (unless defective or damaged), Items purchased through promotions, weekly special, or final clearance, Gift cards, store credit.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Exchanges: Shipping costs for exchanges will be applied at checkout for the new item.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Order Cancelation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
