Layers of sand, ochre and soft beige drift across this abstract art print, scraped back in places so the textured surface shows through. A dense black mass sits just left of centre, with fine scratched lines and drips running through it, while patches of creamy white and mustard yellow break up the muted ground. The mood is quiet and weathered, with a gentle, worn-in warmth.

The earthy palette suits bedrooms, where it adds calm without crowding the room. It also sits well in wabi sabi, Japandi and neutral interiors, beside linen bedding, raw timber, woven textures and ceramics in clay or stone tones. Hang it above a bed, a console or a reading chair.
